Using the updated pages

• Use Skip to content to move past navigation.
• Use Tab and Enter for links, buttons, menus, and form fields.
• Open FAQ sections with the keyboard.
• Read an article without loading its video.
• Use available transcripts and the original provider's caption controls.

Known limits

Older content, downloads, and outside players may still have accessibility issues. Automated transcripts can contain errors. This page does not claim a certification or completed WCAG conformance audit.

Report a barrier

Email the office with the page address, what you were trying to do, and what prevented it. Include your browser or assistive technology if useful. Do not include private financial or account information.
